After the successful endeavours of Yaariyan, Jai Ho, Highway, Shaadi ke Side Effects and Queen, T-Series has now acquired the music rights of three of the most awaited films of Bollywood. First up is Kick, starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez, produced and directed by Sajid Nadidwala releasing in July this year.
Another awaited Happy New Year produced by Gauri Khan, directed by Farah Khan and featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani to release in October.
The third in the acquisition deal is Jagga Jasoos, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif directed by Anurag Basu and produced under the banner of Picture Shuru Productions, a joint production company by Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu.
